The Manager of the Welcome Center, under the direction of the Assistant Director, Enrollment Operations is responsible for the delivery of front line enrollment service to students as part of the redesigned business model within the Integrated Student Services Center. In collaboration with the Assistant Director, Enrollment Operations this position also serves as lead support to the Specialists.

  • The Manager will serve in a leadership role overseeing a dynamic, complex process that benefits visitors, and supports the Enrollment Specialists and the Assistant Director, Welcome Center. One of three roles is fulfilled, but not limited to: 1) Manager– Student Ambassador Development & Technology, 2) Manager– Schedule and Calendar and, 3) Manager– New Student Orientation
  • Responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service through the delivery of front line enrollment support and assistance in the areas of Registration and Student Records, Testing and Remediation, Academic Advising, Financial Aid & Scholarships and Bursar
  • Provide accurate information, exceptional service and support for student inquiries and transactions in the various enrollment functional areas
  • Act as the first line of student contact, solving issues, completing transactions and referring a pre-defined level of service to the home department supporting the Integrated Student Services Center
  • Service delivery will include both in-person and digital modalities
  • Participate and meet required training and developmental expectations to ensure the high standards in consistent and accurate service to students is maintained
